Entrance and elevator lobby
We transformed the entrance with full paneling, a matching tall wood door, and luxurious marble flooring to create a sophisticated entry. Inside the unit, we updated flooring, added custom millwork and stone shelves, and relocated the washer and dryer to optimize space.
Powder room and
additional bedrooms
The powder room and secondary bathrooms featured floating vanities, wall-mounted toilets, large-format porcelain tiles, and Venetian plaster ceilings for a cohesive and luxurious feel.
Living room and kitchen
We opened up the living room by removing a partition wall and added a dry bar with natural stone, a water-vapor fireplace, and sophisticated LED lighting. The kitchen was fully renovated with tall cabinets, a panel-ready fridge, glass doors, and a massive island with layered stone.
Master suit and bathroom
The master suite included elegant paneling and a California king bed. The master bathroom featured a glass wall for a view, custom marble sinks, large porcelain slabs, micro-cement, Venetian plaster, and a smart toilet for a truly luxurious finish.
General finishing touches
We used trimless doors and baseboards throughout the home for a clean, modern look. The client's desire for dark tones and open areas was achieved with high-quality materials, resulting in a sophisticated and cohesive design.
