Miami Shores Home Renovation

NE 108th St, Miami Shores, FL:

Elegance meets tropical…

Before & After

This dreamy home in sunny Miami Shores has gotten a full gut renovation by the Chapter team. The entire house was demolished to create a fresh Florida worthy look. This meant new plumping, electrical, a renovation for every room in the house and a new look for the front and backyard.

Our team decided to change the color of the roof from a traditional red to a charcoal black and painted the outside walls a fresh white. In addition, we added a walkway of pavers, new grass, a fence around the property, and some beautiful plants. This gave the outside of the house a look that was the perfect mix between modern and tropical.

We decided that that this Miami home needed a pool. So, a big square pool was installed, surrounded by palm trees and plants for a jungle-like yard and vacation feel.

For the kitchen we wanted to create a bright-looking space. Therefore, we decided on an open kitchen layout with oak cabinets and a white marble countertop. The kitchen features multiple windows and light gray concrete floors, creating the desired bright look.

This home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with a built-in closet and looks out on the beautiful garden and pool. The bathroom is a 5 fixture with a standing shower, bathtub, toilet, and two sinks. We decided on beige-looking tiles to create a spa-like feel.

This renovated Miami home gives a vacation-like feeling, making it a home where vacation never ends.
