Zach brings over 18 years of experience in residential construction, having led more than 1,500 renovation projects across nine U.S. markets, including luxury homes and landmarked properties. He spent eight years in Australia managing ground-up custom home builds, and over a decade working in the New York City market. Beginning his career with a formal carpentry apprenticeship, Zach advanced through roles in project management and construction leadership, including serving as Head of Construction. For the past six years, he has focused on construction technology, with a specialization in project delivery and execution. At Chapter, Zach leads the sales team with a strong focus on innovation, quality delivery, and making the renovation process simpler and more seamless for clients.
