Sebastian is a Civil Engineer with over 12 years of experience in construction project management. With over 2000 projects on his international portfolio, Sebastian is consistently recognized in his field for his ability to identify potential pitfalls, plan work around challenges, and make every Chapter project a huge success.

Ira brings over 22 years of experience in product management. Ira leads the product strategy and execution, ensuring that Chapter stays at the forefront of the industry.

This business savvy entrepreneur turned his full attention to Miami and its dynamic housing market, making home remodeling down south his expertise. Ravit has over 14 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate development and construction in Manhattan, acting as Chief Operating Officer. Ravit has successfully managed all aspects of the organization and led complex construction and renovation projects, from management and planning to design, construction, and sales.
