Chapter was engaged to deliver a full commercial office renovation for a fast-growing technology company relocating to a larger space at Broadway and 26th Street in Nomad, Manhattan. The goal was to create a functional, modern office that could support a growing in-office team while balancing collaboration, focused work, and employee amenities. The project required a thoughtful reconfiguration of the existing layout, mechanical upgrades to support higher occupancy, and a clean, modern aesthetic aligned with a tech-forward workplace.

Design overview
The design emphasizes openness and natural light flow through custom glass partitions and glass doors throughout the space. Architectural wood slat feature walls define distinct zones while maintaining visual connectivity. The flooring features selectively refinished wood floors to restore and unify existing surfaces, complemented by a clean, neutral paint palette. Linear LED pendant fixtures suspended from open ceilings provide even, efficient illumination while honoring the industrial character of the building.
