Chelsea Apartment Renovation

215 W 28th St, NYC, NY:

Comfort meets style in a cozy ambiance

Chelsea apartment kitchen with arctic white quartz and cerused white oak cabinetry

Living in the iconic Flower district neighboring the trendy Chelsea area is a dream for many. The Chapter team therefore added some extra special attention when they approached this project.

Designed by DXA Studio, the intent for this project was to feel the City’s urban beauty. Captured by oversized windows stretching as much as five feet by eight feet erasing the boundaries between the indoors and the outside. The custom kitchen features arctic white quartz counter and Carrara Grigio backsplash slab surrounded by cerused white oak cabinetry by Scavolini, paired with oil-rubbed bronze metal surround accents and integrated under-cabinet lighting, and a Dornbracht mounted kitchen faucet.

The apartment features 7" wide European white oak flooring to emphasize yet simultaneously calmly balance out the epic windows, views & City’s bustle.

For the bathrooms, Calacatta porcelain featuring floors and walls in the master bathroom and Marble mosaic on the feature wall of the guest bathroom were installed to add the final luxury touch to this one-of-a-kind renovation.
