The family wanted to upgrade their spacious and well-maintained home to suit their needs and aesthetic preferences better, aiming to rent it out during summer and enjoy it year-round. The renovation encompassed both interior and exterior spaces.
Inside, the kitchen received cosmetic updates. All bathrooms were fully renovated with modern fixtures, tile, accessories, and lighting, while new hardwood flooring was installed throughout the main living areas. A new media room with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment was created, quickly becoming the family's favorite spot for movie nights and game days.
The exterior work was equally transformative. The construction included a new outdoor
patio, a complete pool renovation with a built-in jacuzzi surrounded by bluestone, a
wooden deck, and a full exterior kitchen perfect for entertaining. The landscaping
