Manhattan Condo Full-Gut Renovation
Midtown East, NYC:From gloom to bloom
For the powder room, our team opted for a Solid Pine vanity with a rich coffee bean color finish. Above the vanity, we installed a Lanza Light featuring three etched opal glass elements that enhance its modern design. Additionally, we incorporated a Royal Basic 24-inch recessed medicine cabinet equipped with LED lighting, along with three rustic floating shelves to provide extra storage capacity. To maintain a cohesive look with the apartment’s overall aesthetic, we selected Lakewood Roble matte wood-look porcelain tiles for the flooring, complementing the hardwood flooring throughout the entire space. For the wall tiles, we chose Angela Harri Flatiron Aquamarine porcelain tiles, which added a touch of vibrancy to the room.
The owner wanted to have extra storage space in the primary bathroom. To address this, our designer opted for a Royal Lumos vanity which features adjustable glass shelves and integrated lighting with various color tones. Additionally, a 24-inch freestanding vanity with a Grey Carrara Marble top was selected to meet the client’s need for extra storage space. To enhance the bathroom’s illumination, we added a Replay light fixture equipped with six light ports and frosted glass shades. For the shower area, the walls were adorned with Maya stacked sky glass mosaic tiles, complemented by grey-rimmed hexagon penny tiles on the floor. In the dry areas, we installed Basic marble Bianco white porcelain tiles, elevating the bathroom’s overall visual appeal.
