Pre-War Co-op Apartment Renovation in UES

155 East 93rd Street, NYC, NY

Before & After

There’s no escape from the laws of the universe: things get old through time, and would soon need updating. The drive to do so is stronger especially when you’re in New York City, where modernity is always applied for a better change in the comfort of its residents.

We enjoyed the design process for this project as we were given a challenging opportunity to fuse together natural elements and modern aesthetics. We succeeded by integrating green hues into the kitchen and utilizing black fixtures throughout, the design achieved a harmonious balance between eco-consciousness and contemporary luxury with the chosen colors.

The kitchen underwent a complete overhaul, necessitating a gut renovation to accommodate modern design elements and enhanced functionality. A striking feature of the kitchen is the incorporation of green cabinets, which serve as a focal point, infusing the space with vibrancy and character. High-quality materials were utilized to ensure durability and longevity, reflecting a commitment to both style and substance. The layout was optimized to maximize efficiency and workflow, catering to the needs of the residents, and facilitating ease of use.

The master bathroom received a complete transformation featuring a walk-in shower. The look was completed with the installation of black shower fixtures, a showerhead, and a faucet for a sleek and cohesive look. The renovation encompassed not only aesthetic enhancements but also improvements in design and fixtures to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

The guest bathroom underwent a complete transformation, featuring gray tiles for flooring and walls, and a drop-in bathtub. Featuring black shower fixtures, showerheads and faucets, a black vanity for a sleek look, and a glass enclosure for the bathtub area.

Thanks to the well-thought-of design, planning, and building, we were able to marry together design and functionality to create a home that is both aesthetically pleasing and practical in terms of making the most of the spaces.
