UES Co-Op Apartment Renovation

333 E 79th St, NYC:

The perfect blend of serenity and elegance

Before & After

Located on the beautiful Upper East Side, this three bedroom apartment went through a complete transformation.

In this project, our primary objective was to enhance both the kitchen and office spaces by removing a small closet that had previously separated them. This strategic change resulted in the expansion of our countertop and cabinet areas, effectively optimizing the available space. The knee wall by the entrance gives an open kitchen feeling while still keeping it separated from the foyer.

For the kitchen’s aesthetic transformation, we selected a sophisticated grey mosaic tile for the backsplash, complementing the white high gloss cabinets. The pièce de résistance, a stunning quartz countertop, was chosen in collaboration with our client to ensure a seamless harmony in the overall design. To unify the kitchen area, we incorporated a striking Graphite floor.

Throughout the entire apartment, we installed wooden bamboo floors, resulting in a fresh atmosphere.

The master bathroom, underwent a shower conversion. To amplify the visual appeal, we installed light blue ceramic tiles from floor to ceiling. To optimize the shower area, a recessed shower niche was integrated.

The guest bathroom also underwent a transformation with a glass subway tile accent wall, contrasting with the white porcelain on the floor and walls. A new bath was installed with a Sleek glass sliding door

One of the highlights of this apartment is the balcony, offering breathtaking city views. To enhance this outdoor area, we meticulously installed a faux-wood deck, creating a comfortable and inviting space for our client to unwind and relax, with amazing views of the city.
