Upper East Side Apartment Renovation

In one of New York City’s most desired neighborhoods, the Upper East Side, this residential renovation project aimed to provide both beauty and comfort in the living experience. Aesthetic and functional improvements were needed throughout the luxury apartment, leading to refinishing floors, installing new French doors, upgrading lighting fixtures, and adding coffered ceilings.

We completely transformed the kitchen into an open-concept layout, creating more space. Shaker-style cabinetry was complemented by white quartz countertops, giving a classy and timeless elegance. New appliances were added for a sleek and modern aesthetic. Existing floors were refinished with a luxurious natural white oak finish, adding warmth and sophistication to the interior space.

New French doors were installed throughout the apartment to enhance natural light flow and create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The lighting fixtures throughout the apartment were upgraded to modern designs, enhancing both functionality and ambiance while ensuring optimal illumination in every area.

To add architectural interest and visual appeal, coffered ceilings were installed in the living room and family room, creating a sense of grandeur and sophistication.

The master bathroom underwent a significant transformation, featuring a shower conversion, installation of new plumbing fixtures, and a customized vanity with ample storage and visual appeal.

Similarly to the master bathroom, the guest bathroom received a full renovation, featuring a drop-in tub, a custom vanity with a quartz stone top, new plumbing fixtures, and a custom glass enclosure for the shower area.

This renovation exemplifies the transformative power of attending to the needs of our clients to create a well-thought-out design. With high-quality materials, customized elements, and modern amenities, the project succeeded in elevating the living experience within the apartment, demonstrating a commitment to both aesthetic excellence and functionality.
