In the heart of Williamsburg, the Chapters team tackled a project consisting of two full bathrooms and laundry room. The client’s goal was to create a spacious look and wanted to brighten up all three spaces.
The design for this high-end project consisted of matte black plumbing fixtures complemented by a pair of warm grey walnut vanities adorned with elegant white quartz marble sinks and smart fixtures such as anthem shower control levers and controlled toilet seating.
The primary bathroom has a full-size shower covered in Ribbon Grey wood like tile on the walls and marble tech Grigio porcelain tile on the floors. The previous shower had steps going into a small 3 square foot of shower space, to maximize the space the Chapter team dropped the shower and created a luxurious 12 square foot shower with ease. The Hewlett Metal silver porcelain tiles wrapped the dry area on the floor beautifully, with a heated floor beneath for a relaxing feel in the cold winter days. The shower consists of a 14-inch round single function rain head that simulates a soaking summer storm and multi-function handheld shower connected to an innovative digital control system that puts the control of the temperature and flow from your phone in advance, creating a personalized showering experience at your fingertips.
